Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damaged, Faulty and Incorrect Item Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged package, please send us photos prior to opening your package and products.
The packing of all of our orders are filmed and documented to verify the contents and conditions that were mailed to you. If your return is eligible we will send you a free return label and ship out the correct products to you once your return is received.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept any Change of Mind Returns due to the nature of our products. This is to prevent any tampering or resealing of items for our other customers. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order as all sales are final.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
